"Oh! But he was a tight-fisted hand at the grindstone, Scrooge! A squeezing, wrenching, grasping, scraping, clutching, covetous old sinner!"

As solitary as an oyster. Those are the words used to describe mean old skinflint, Ebenezer Scrooge as he approaches another hated Christmas Eve without his business partner Jacob Marley. Despite the suggestions of his clerk Bob Cratchitt, or the jolly insistence of his nephew Fred, he remains stoically miserable and determined not to enjoy the festivities. But this will turn out to be a night like no other...

In this classic festive tale of ghostly redemption, four actors take on the role of storytellers, sharing the many parts between them as they teach Scrooge the error of his ways. With lots of humour, a dash of audience participation and just a little spookiness, this one hour piece is sure to delight young and old alike.
